Through raw material traceability and batch backtracking, we determined that the affected carpets were some products sold from March to May 2024. The affected carpets were found that some rugs did not meet the CAN/CGSB-4.2 No. 27.6-2015 flammability standard. This means the affected rugs may have a higher burn rate when exposed to an open flame, posing an increased fire risk. However, this risk is controllable under normal use. To ensure your safety, we are proactively recalling these products to eliminate any potential hazards.
